   They billed your card without your consent AFTER telling you in a note they wouldn't?
   
   Sounds like you can challenge those charges with your Credit card company to me...you have evidence they said they wouldn't.

   No, they never billed me. I've been staying here free of charge since Monday April 22nd. They wouldn't accept my reservation....and canceled it... for whatever reason ...perhaps because I demanded a functioning refrigerator
   ... perhaps cuz they just wanted me out of here.idk.
