   It's illegal. I've been here longer than 30 consecutive days... so I've established permanent residency in the eyes of the law. To get me out of here, they have to go through eviction proceedings, in court, just like any normal landlord would, to a leased tenant. I don't believe that's how it works down in the Lone Star State.

    Instead of providing me with a functioning refrigerator, and then signing me onto a 5-week reservation, paid fully up front, they choose to send me a handwritten note, asking me to vacate the premises, last week... in that note, they assured me they would not be taking any more payment from me, in the future. However, when this week rolled around, they changed their tune and started charging me back rent, as well as inflated prices for this week's rent. Haven't received anything court - ordered, yet, however...👍
    My plan when I get kicked out is to go to a another Extended Stay, nearby...
