On a serious note, no. The fact that this question even came up is a testament to the existence of the American brain. The English langauge is very primitive, which limits your brain from developing in certain ways if it is your primary language.
Americans are Americans regardless of anything. There is no such thing as an ethnic American. America is a mixture, a melting pot. Russia is also very diverse, but in the Russian language there are two different words for "Russian (nationality)". One denotes Russian ethnicity, whereas the other denotes Russian nationality. All people living within Russia are Russian nationals, but not all of them are ethnic Russians.
So in a sense, all people in Russia are Russian (via nationality), but not all people in Russia are Russians (ethnically).

White people are all just immigrants anyways. The land truly belongs to the red skin people's so if you think about it there is no homeland for whites anymore.
