Resisting arrest is a criminal offense, against the law.
Regulation deals with the law of things that are LEGAL. You would never see a person running a legal business resist arrest

Directly dealing with vendors. Search for them on grams or get their info from a DNM. The good vendors will do biz through proton mail or have a store.

I always figured the key to exit scamming was to just do it. Not take days or weeks and give people clues you're gonna do it. Just shut the thing down and go. Ya get me fam?

If you do it over an extended period, you can trap more funds. Apparently they have exit scammed for $30m

Yeah it'd make sense to shut down and disappear if your users had some recourse against you, but in this case there's literally nothing they can do so scamming as long and hard as possible nets the most profit

Do DNMs take any cut from transactions? Someone should make a DNM based on that model, I bet it would be plenty lucrative without having to rip anyone off.

I have sympathy for DNM operators who are simply trying to provide a service and taking a cut for it. It's illegal but I don't think it is immoral. Whereas if you're planning to steal money, you can get fucked.
