She was very close and kept hugging me and making small moves. We were with a group of friends and co-workers and we all went outside the bar deciding what to do now.
I told them I was going to the toilet really quick and 2 minutes later when I come out everybody had disappeared I called my female co-worker and found her in the bar sitting in a table with 2 guys. I told her let's go somewhere else and she obliged and 2 minutes later when we were outside she made some comments "That was my hook up", "I'm going back.", "I'll see you later.”.
I jokingly told her you can take me home with her but she shrugged it off and went back. A few minutes later she came out with one of the guys she meet earlier and starts making out with one of them and a few minutes later they Walked off somewhere. And forgot to add she was pretty drunk this whole time. I feel like real shit after buying her a few drinks and inviting her to come with me. I should of made a move sooner but everyones plans changed while I was at the toilet :(

To be clear, I have the same name as her fiancé, so even though we haven't talked about it at all and probably never will, I'm 100% sure the sext was a complete accident on her part. It was a photo. Of her vagina. Yeah.
We share an office space and I have to interact with her on an hourly basis. She sent me the photo Tuesday night and then called in sick everyday since. I'm not completely sure her absence has anything to do with the sext but I wouldn't rule it out. I haven't told anyone about this. No one at work anyway. I told one of my friends and he said I should pretend I didn't see anything. My read receipts are on though, so she definitely knows I saw it. Should I quickly reach out to let her know she's in the clear? We work together but we kind of clash on personal level and we're constantly trying to one-up each other, so she might even be worried that I'll tell HR and try to get her fired or something.
To be honest, I don't really care. I'm not offended. If anything, I find this whole situation unfortunate (and kind of funny) … so if I can put her mind at ease without coming across creepy, I'd like to do that.
Who knows? Maybe it was fate. Maybe this was the push we needed to finally bury the hatchet.
Jokes aside, I feel bad for the girl.
What should I do?
TL;DR - She sexted me on accident and then called in sick two days in a row. Coincidence? Probably not. We clash quite a lot, so I have a feeling she's worried I'll tell HR. Should I ignore it, or should I let her know she's in the clear and that I won't tell anyone?
