   Remember both Totse and Zoklet at the end there? Just getting ass-reamed by denial of service attacks for months on end? I remember that very well. People hated it. Sometimes the page would load, sometimes it wouldn't. Sometimes the page would just sit there choking for a full minute or two and then finally cough up the content, sometimes it wouldn't load at all. Load balancing? "Wrong".

   Yeah, but both those sites were already dying due to lack of traffic before that started, so it was an easy job. Some people genuinely just believe sites like these shouldn't be allowed to exist because they encourage providing information which is deemed too "sensitive" to be public information.
   
   Anyway, it would be kinda funny if the pages failed to refresh for random members, so that they couldn't see new posts. It would seem as if the site was dead until they figured it out.
