Well, the concussion was the just the bow atop the gift-wrapped complete package of police brutality.
Luckily it's all healed. But sometimes a concussion that severe can have effects lasting years, if not permanently.
One my biggest regrets in life is not filing charges like literally everyone in my life told me I should.
Who knows how many other innocent civilians these badge-carrying sadists have brutalized.

I was just going to say the same thing. Broke or not, you should have immediately retained a personal injury lawyer, many lawyers will take your case with no money up front if your case is rock solid, and then had the lawyer file a massive lawsuit against the officers, the department, and the city. Your hard drive was working at the time, and you could have sent your lawyer the fresh pics. Can't let these corrupt pigs get away with it. You have to sue. Their money is the only thing they respect, so that's where you have to hit them.

I was lucky I moved to Vermont when I was 17,, Arkansas cops woulda killed me I'm sure had I stayed there through my 20's but My parents decided It would be neet if we moved up here so we did and the cops up here at the time were 2 state cops for every county and the deputy's were official paper deliverers, no traffic stops I got caught trying to outrun them several times and they were pretty cool most of the time,, I did out run them more times than I failed to outrun them tho,, I didnt meet a real asshole cop till I went to illinioze
