Proglumide and ULDN/ultra low dose naltrexone seem he most promising. In a thread about/containing a discussion on opioid induced constipation, on Zoklet, I also found a substance that was like a gut only version of naltrexone.
There's some interesting information about basal hedonic tone and the endogenous opioid system, depression/anhedonia and endogenous deficiency.
I have it's an interesting subject for sure. I'd be interested in the effects of other cholesystokinin antagonists besides proglumide with regards to influencing endogenous opioid activity. Also, i read the first page of the thread you linked and someone was suggesting AMPA antagonists, this seems like a bad idea all around. I do believe AMPA antagonism can even be deadly. Also some guy said this:

LOL NOPE.
GABA inhibits opioid action so if anything it would possibly potentiate when taken together with an opioid, but GABA antagonism is a sure fire way to get a seizure and die. -

I know you didn't ask me but since you've mentioned liking EDM before you might enjoy r/futurebeats. It's a bit more left-field/experimental than r/EDM but it's not like it's full on Oval-jerkers (heu heu heu) and fewer E-tards.
Also r/badphilosophy is my only real regular haunt on reddit. If you're into philosophy you should check it out. It was originally the academic posters from r/philosophy and r/askphilosophy that got tired of constantly arguing with children and high bitches and made a half-joking cool kids sub. It's since turned into basically a raid sub for calling out stupid/funny philosophy related posts but there's a lot of other hijinx that goes on and it's just a cool community IMO. The author of existential comics posts there so there's that.
I'm not really happy with any of reddit's tech subs personally. r/compsci is generally better than r/computerscience in that sense that there are more competent posters, the posts aren't as much of a deluge of highschool students asking poorly formed questions (not that there's anything wrong with that, god knows I was there once, but it just stops being interesting after a while and I'm not sure it was ever educational. You're better off being in over your head and struggling to keep up with a community than a big fish in a small pond). r/programming is pretty blue collar but not bad for keeping an ear to the ground. I still think HN and lobste.rs are both better for general tech news, there's sort of this core community of movers and shakers in the programming world who have stuck, for the most part, together (with individuals coming and going) since the usenet days and HN was still in its prime when reddit was getting big so that's not really where the big hitters are today. The language-specific subs are pretty good, r/lisp is nice, r/clojure is slow but has smart people, I've heard good things about the haskell sub and there's some gruff old niggas floating around CPP that know their shit, but then for any of these subs to be interesting you have to have an interest in that language. I know python has a couple subs but I don't know anything about them. I'm not sure any of that really matters to you but that's my take on general technology communities in 2015.
I know i didn't ask you but i'm glad you answered since this was the type of response i was looking for. I'll check those out for sure, especially the tech subs you mentioned. Also yeah, i might go ahead and check the language specific sub for python out, also if i have a programming question i'll be posting it at multiple venues anyway among which stackoverflow. Thanks for the tips breh. -

When I first opened the bag, I thought I wasted my money again because they didn't smell like the good kind, but they work so well that I am currently typing this between involuntary nods. The place is called 'sincerely nuts'.

you wash the seeds in a two liter then drain off the water and drink it, the seeds are covered in opium
you used to be able to buy them at the store, but they started growing them differently, or 'rinsing' them some say, to remove the opium, so then they started selling them on the internet but you missed out on the golden age, now there are only one or two places left, one with mediocre seeds and the other with exorbitant prices but excellent quality. There is one other place that used to be the best, but they started selling ineffective seeds.
Seed washes are my drug of choice, out of all other opioids/opiates
I was spending $150 a week on high-quality seeds and then had to switch to Crouton because of the supply interruption while I searched for new sources. I mean, I love Crouton, but its nothing like real opiates, and besides seeds, I can only get methadones every couple months or so.
I tried darknet heroin, but I need a regular supply if I am going to maintain a habit, and I just don't like the risk of having to wait and plus all the heroin dealers right now suck/are expensive -

2015-09-16 at 5:49 AM UTCI really can only fuck with #4 heroin, because I don't want to IV. It's not that I am afraid of needles, it's more that I plan to use opiates daily, and injecting myself daily is just too much of a chance that I get an abscess or something.
Also there is a big difference in the experience of oral dosing and IV usage. For one thing, I hate to nod. I prefer the energy and mood lift that oral doses bring, and IV usage is too euphoric, I would never get anything done.
One thing I find appealing about opiates is that they can sort of mimic the effects of other classes of drugs; like, when you first start doing them, they are sort of hallucinogenic, then you get into the phase where they make you feel speedy and you can't sleep, and then there is the antidepressant effect, and you might feel sociable and friendly, then if you keep exploring the drug, you get into the narcotic phase, where you involuntarily droop, and all your problems go away, it's like it blots out the world or something.
then you try to stop taking them after three weeks of daily use, and you get sick as a dog and want to die -
