Oh yeah one of those Falun Gong/Falun Dafa people wanted me to donate a while back. I asked her what they use the money for - "petition the UN and Chinese government".
"Haven't you done that before?"

"If it doesn't work, why do you keep doing it?"
then she said something I assume was rude in Chinese and wouldn't talk to me anymore -

I made the mistake of responding to one in Chinese once and then they swarmed on me. -

they set up stands here and there; I've seen a few in the city most often near chinatown. I haven't seen any in the really dense chinese areas outside of the city though -
