I pushed carts while I was homeless
it was during the summer time too so it was miserably hot
I met lots of cool people, all of them had some sort of disability and one of them was legit retarded (though a really cool guy).
On a couple occasions I ran into some cars (none ran into me though the crippled guy who pushed carts with me had been hit on a few occasions) one time it was a van with some old bag inside and she was so surprised that it happened I was so apologetic and she thought I was just a young kid so she didn't do anything about it.
The other car I hit was parked and I left a giant mark on the bark ... lmao I wonder what the people thought when they saw that ;_; orz -

Interesting ideas, white people latching on to race seems like a strange colonial thing to me, in europe Nations[cultural/language groups] were happy to murder each other en mass even though they looked similar. Just by chance, if you're some High Tech guru, that's harsh. Everyone has to start somewhere and he's probably doing just fine in the directions he's aiming for. plus he lives in the Bay Area gives him a huge advantage.

Even if I could work for a company like that right now I wouldn't because
1 - those companies are literally evil soulless corporations (yes I know I worked at walmart but it was only temporary)
2 - california is a horrible place and extremely overpriced and not worth it
Right now I have like a general understanding of the technical aspects of computing but I haven't gotten around to the deeper stuff yet because for the past decade I have been busy with drugs, a web addiction and video games but now that that's all out of my system I'm going to finally master this stuff.
Expect this to take a few years but it won't be long
I don't have any plans on starting a tech company or joining a corporation what I probably will do is design VR applications and make tons of money from that on my own in the comfort of my house while I laugh at lanny working his ass off so he can live in a tiny little apartment in the aids capital of the world -

I pushed nearly as many carts as a mule. We were the mules and we learned to steer them with accuracy. I never hit someones car
I think I was 19-20 the last time I was a courtesy clerk yet we were union. union jobs usually pay 3-5 dollars more an hour with more hours offered and Medical and Dental offered.
they don't even have unions for most cashier positions these days let a lone a bagger (courtesy clerk) -
