You should try it with roasted poblanos (in addition to the jalapenos.) It adds that pepper flavor without a bunch of spice.
Every year I specifically over-water one jalapeno plant so that I can have some that aren't very spicy. The capsaicin is actually a natural defense for the pepper that is released when stressed (the same goes for many compounds in many plants). Over-water the plant and it wont' be stressed, and thus won't produce as much spice. This makes for some delicious peppers that you can use to add flavor without burning the shit out of your tongue. -

i will give it a try GG- id rater eat bacon/cream cheese stuffed poblano peppers or Anaheim as opposed to jalepeno peppers as well. give it a go sometime and see if you like. 👍🏻 -

I'm Mexican so I've given it all a try lol. I have chilles rellenos in my fridge right now. Stuffed peppers of any kind are the shit. -
