Depends on how you define gender. If you think of it as a phenomenon separate from biological sex, if I woke up as the opposite gender right now I'd put a bullet in my brain. Because besides having a pussy and tits, i assume i will have a female brain as well. But i also assume i will have my memories and experiences and interests i had before.
After the initial surprise i'd probably be interested in recording in my brain how exactly the opposite gender experiences the world. That would be pretty interesting. -
