Interview went kinda shitty, I told them I was taking a different job at the start (why did I do that?) so it was all brief and pro-forma. At least I was out after only 45 minutes.
I met the people at the other job, seems comfy enough, so I'm taking it. -

That’s not what I’m saying. I’ve had interviews that were only slotted for 30 minutes, which is difficult to do in such a short amount of time. I’m just saying an interview lasting 45 minutes could hardly be called hardcore compared to some styles that are out there.
The reference to being a real job is I doubt he’s going in to spend 5 minutes going over the handbook before being hired on the spot. Real interviews take time and you need to be prepared when you go in. -

At my last job we had a trangender person and he/she caused so many problems because they kept trying to use I don't know which bathroom, but apparently it was the wrong one and almost caused a fight. They also, about four months in, decided to go by a different name which was totally different to their actual name.
