   Kinda both, weekly & daily. To hard to do monthly for me. My life isn't that regimented. If something works one week, I'll keep doing it for meal planning. Exercise I do start out with a weekly plan, but right now I'm nursing a knee injury, so, I'm doing more Aqua stuff for a lot less impact, but sticking to a regular core/strength workout. How about you Tech?
   
   Is that hard to stick too, Poley? I find it is for me, or was when I still had kiddos at home. It prolly is easier if one is just cooking for 1 or 2, yes?

   Oh honey, I’m lucky to plan a day, lol! Actually my hubby does a lot of the cooking. I really should though. He cooks with too much fat. I rarely used any cooking oils or greases. Only olive oil rarely. It’s just so nice to be cooked for, since I did ALL the cooking for 20 years; and that was for a kid, so 3 meals a day.
   
   Oh, and I love water aerobics. With all the shit my body has been through, water is my friend. I’m getting ready to sign up for a class at OSU.
