2019-03-05 at 8:45 PM UTCThanks so much for responding, dad. 2 questions if you don't mind... what would you say British Cuisine primarily consists of? Also, what are the items included in the Mediterranean cuisine, that are not included in the Italian?

Toad in the Hole, Full English Breakfast, fish and chips, Meat and tater pie, bang-ers n Mash, etc
I was also going to say Greek as you did but figured I'd also throw spanish food in there too...and so just categorized the whole thing as Mediterranean...but primarily Greek yes....
Italian is mostly pasta cheese and bread...I see Mediterranean as more "light", lamb, veggies, rice, seafood etc. -

I live in an area with a whole lot of different ethnic Cuisines available...but much like Russian food , there just doesn't seem to be British restaurants available... I'd really like to sample some items, but I don't think I've had anything from your list except fish and chips... -
2019-03-05 at 8:51 PM UTCPork, beef, fish, chicken, and bacon.

Yup and then baked in beef drippin if you have it...you can make it in oil but it's best in beef dripping or at a push chicken juices..after you've cooked your meat/chicken pour the yorkshire pudding batter in the hot dripping and then cook for 20 mins or so on 425F.
