My vote goes to drugs (particular drugs, that is... this isn't a simple dichotomy here).
But, sex with a valued loved one ranks pretty damn high.

Of course, the best answer is sex on drugs. However I tend to think you're wanting to know, if I had to choose one, and one only , for the rest of my life, it would definitely be hairpie.

Well here’s my humble opinion. Men who are heavily addicted to something seem to have some erectile disfunction, at times. I think many addicts say they’d rather have drugs, because they can’t perform sexually. Get the drugs outta your system, and you’ll crave sex again. It’s like replacing human passion with drugs. Nothing can replace that, IMO

Sex to me is the end that justifies the means. It always seems that it's the end "goal" whether planned or not.
Whenever I use to go on big cocaine binges, I could only come down or feel less restless when I fucked or did something really sexually depraved. Once satisfied it was like, "now what?". I don't crave more cocaine once this is done either.
Next time I'm drunk/ tipsy and crave powder I'll just find somewhere to pull the head off it. Unless there's a willing female to swallow load.

Meaningless sex is no different from drugs, so if you're talking sex with someone you don't care about including an SO you don't really like or want to be with for a long time, drugs is better.
WHOLESOME and EMOTIONAL sex with someone you want to be with for the rest of your life has got to be the best.
