Could be just pain. Heart pain is usually more along the lines of angina.
Are you overweight? May be fatty liver disease.

Right side of chest, just your right lung. Down lower, liver and gallbladder.

A lot of chest pain for smokers is pleurisy. The lining of your lungs are rubbing together because the fluid between is drying up. Hydrate, hydrate, hydrate.

nah but i worked with a guy who had a heart attack at 24. he was extremely unhealthy and wouldn't eat real food but just had a dip in 24/7 and ate like 30-50 pieces of halloween candy a day. he was/is disgusting
