I worked 2nd and just got home from 3rds then the 3rd shift they had me somewhere I don’t even work normally.. my pager was going off constantly

You'd think there would be a law about that...I mean truck drivers can't drive more than 14hrs without taking a 10hr break...seems nurses and doctors who are in charge of peoples lives should have similar rules.
Still...I suppose getting pallets of frozen fish fingers to Aldi is more important than peoples lives.The following users say it would be alright if the author of this post didn't die in a fire! -

2019-02-25 at 2:30 PM UTCThe head gaskets in my car have been leaking oil externally for over a year now. 162k miles on there now. This morning I was checking/adjusting tire pressure while warming up the engine, and the exhaust smelled like burning coolant. it stopped smelling when the engine warmed up.
Today I will go get a hydrocarbon test to see if its time to replace the hg or if I can avoid doing it for a little longer.
I dont exactly want to give someone my car for such service, but at the same time this means that I would daily drive the chevy avalanche until the subbies gaskets are replaced. -

Cheaper to change the head gasket than have that corrosive coolant going into your combustion chamber and fucking up your cylinders, pistons and rings. -

not really stressing the money, just the whole process.
plus it wouldnt just be a head gasket because if i have someone yank the engine i might as well do the water pump and tensioners idlers etc etc, and if they take the heads off they might as well put new spark plugs. then the breaks need new pads, dont know about the rotors. then i want both differentials and AT flushed. -
