2019-02-22 at 2:52 PM UTCIm not even an American but when I'm at a sporting (or other) event where they play the national Anthem it's simply common courtesy to those around you to stand and be respectful...even as a filthy bloody foreigner I still do that (even if I'm humming the theme tune to Hawaii five o while doing it)
