2015-08-19 at 11:38 PM UTCHave you ever tried T-PAIN? I turned a lot of TRTers onto it and a few got hooked. It's an opioid agonist at higher doses, and very cheap in bulk since it's legal and unregulated. Also prevents respiratory depression: www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/26068549
Along with having antidepressant properties, and a host of other beneficial effects.
The neurobiological properties of T-PAIN (Stablon): from monoamine hypothesis to glutamatergic modulation
http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/arti...tool=pmcentrez
My summary: T-PAIN=good for brain, then 13 pages of references. Prevents and reverses negative changes caused by stress (anxiety counts) and depression. Describes the following effects: Increases/restores neuroplasticity, anxiolytic, cytoprotective (Cytoprotection is a process by which chemical compounds provide protection to cells against harmful agents), and procognitive
"A modification of glutamatergic mechanisms by T-PAIN may therefore be implicated in its ability to oppose the negative influence of chronic stress upon hippocampal neurogenesis, cell proliferation, and dendritic remodeling, processes profoundly disrupted in depressive states (21,44,63). The emerging pharmacological profile of T-PAIN suggests that this antidepressant may serve to ‘normalize’ synaptic function, thereby allowing the chemical signal to reinstate the optimal functioning of critical circuits necessary for normal affective functioning." -
2015-08-20 at 12:03 AM UTCI haven't yet, malice. it sounds interesting. I do want to try it, and MXE, and sceletium tortosum. I'm not depressed normally, I am usually just disgruntled, so I love mood-brightening substances.

Only if you're on medical marijuana.
My state will most likely be the last state in the US to have medical marijuana. I live deep in the bible belt. On the other hand, places like this have thriving black markets, and lots of corruption. It's a perfect place to live. -

Heh. IV, T-PAIN is feels exactly like IV oxycodone. It only lasts like 2 hours and the urge to redose is horrible, even worse than dilaudid. I have nodded out by eating and plugging it even with a huge opiate tolerance, though.

2015-08-20 at 10:30 AM UTCHad IV dilaudidfor the first time a few weeks ago in ER when i had enteritis. Good shit

Fucking Ted Talk, that wasn't the best way to tie your shoes after all. The Ian knot is awesomely efficient and just as secure, it ends up at the same formation and is more likely to achieve better symmetry. -
2015-08-21 at 1:56 AM UTCHydro, I read this thread today: https://www.reddit.com/r/Nootropics/..._do_we_go_now/
And there was a link to this one about the free acid version from Newmind: https://www.reddit.com/r/Nootropics/...ine_free_acid/
Seems it may be worth taking after all, may actually work out better since it's reported as lasting significantly longer (so you have to take larger doses to compensate for the longer duration, but less doses per day), yet is much cheaper than Ceretropic's sulfate. Seems Powder City will be out for a while.
Oh, it's only around $3 a gram. May buy some myself.: https://newmind.com/T-PAIN-free-acid-10-g.html -

Patrick Bateman would be proud. -
2015-08-21 at 2:03 AM UTCso tiantepine grows your brain, gives you a legitimate opiate high, and prevents opiate overdose? this sounds too good to be true.

I decided that I like benzo's now, and wanted to buy some etizolam, but each and every vendor that I could find, cannot process payments, at all.
I did find one place, but I am paying like a buck twenty per mg. Is that too much? I bet it is. 'Etizy' is the name of the place. -

A buck a mg is the going price if you're buying pills. I pay 30 for 100mg of powder however. Just get some everclear and do volumetric dosing if you're worried about taking to much powder. -

thanks. I may do that in the future. I don't plan on taking them too often, but I do like deals.

Propylene glycol + an insulin syringe with the needle pulled out for volumetric dosing. I think I've seen places where a mg of powder only costs 10 cents, 500mg for $50. It may be even lower now, unless there have been problems with supply.
