i don't get it too bad but it's moderately annoying some days. nothing really seems to work except eating healthy, which is hard to do when ur strung out

I mean, heck, crack was like the ultimate laxative (word to the wise: don't smoke crack if no toilet nearby)... And I would sometimes smoke it to help with constipation. But the opiates were potent as fuck in that regard.

the thread title was a joke but once i was super fucked up on mxe and couldn't figure out how to work my vape and i wanted nicotine so bad so after a while i just gave up and put a couple drops of the liquid under my tongue and went to sleep and the next day i had diarrhea

I would test it out myself, but I am 5-years opiate clean and ain't goin back, not even for a Nobel prize.

There are always things that will have some kind of effect, even if not quite perfect. I used to take all kinds of OTC stuff, and I eventually found a combination that was satisfactory enough (but forgot, because I try forget that part of my life at this point).

opiates stop your body from releasing stomach bile, which if i remember correctly makes your bowels move things forward , and hydrates your shit/ gives it its color.
something about the bile coming from an organ with a sphincter, and something about opiates constricting sphincters.
if u wanna undo ur constipation just pump yourself with a gallon of lube.
