   Actually it's only 2 hours each way. I combined both directions into one trip for duration estimates.
   
   Although I might just meet up with the homies while I'm in town. I have a bunch of friend who live out this way that I never see anymore.

   Yeah I'm leaning more and more towards that angle. I have to be careful though because the buses between my current home and here are infrequent and stop running early.

    I got a month of severance pay. It's hardly a case of "getting fired". The CTO himself just emailed me and offered to be a work reference for me.
    
    Not every case of leaving a company is the worst case scenario. I have a whole month of paid time off to find new employment.
