Can't you just fucking buy something from the whore like a pack of cigarettes for 200 dollars and then decide that, also, you find her attractive and wish to have sexual relations?
How can they ever prove anyone is paying money directly for sex if you just never actually say it?
Example: I drive to the area of town where whores hang out on the street corners (we don't have any area of town like that here and if we do I don't know about it and is that how people get prostitutes these days?
