You should save the fentanyl in order to use it to poison random food items in supermarkets. Yes, you need to get creative with the seals, but not massively so.

Again, the panic is where the damage gets done.

This sort of attack has been done before at least once to collect a ransom, the ransom was paid. It's a very hard attack to stop, and extremely expensive.

The way modern people think if one food item in a whole city is poisoned, every food item will need to be destroyed.

''In 1989, a sudden invasion of medflies (Mediterranean fruit flies) descended on California and began devastating crops. Scientists were puzzled and said that the sudden appearance of the insects "defies logic", and some speculated "biological terrorists" were responsible. Analysis suggested there is no doubt that an outside hand played a role in the dense infestation.[

A person or group calling itself "The Breeders" took responsibility for the bioterrorist attack,as financial retaliation for the environmental damage caused by the state's Malathion aerial spraying; the group's members were never identified. Subsequently, three months after "The Breeders" announced the medfly release, the state ended its decade-long Malathion program and sought alternate ways to handle destructive insects.''

    That's pretty cool. https://phys.org/news/2019-01-cuban-crickets-weapon-heard-ill.html

Before anyone came to that conclusion about the crickets, I came to the conclusion that, after hearing certain crickets at a certain time of day, they could actually alter a person's brain function. They were literally giving me a headache, which is rare. But based on what I know about sonic weapons, I realized insects could also be used as sonic weapons. Not saying I 100% agree that it was crickets causing the brain damage, but I believe it's possible the crickets, or an amplified version of the sound they make, could do that. I also think that something could be introduced to the human body, that along with the sound of crickets, acts a catalyst, and neither the material introduced or the sound of crickets by itself would cause any harm. They only cause harm in combination.

Some interesting info in that PDF regarding sonic weapons.

Apparently, with a tactile transducer operating at infrasound frequency, around 7 hz, you could kill everyone in a 5 mile radius. If the decibels are high enough, it'll kill anything. As in the CIA doc, small things are killed first, such as insects. I think 7 hz is the most lethal frequency if I recall correctly, to humans. Interesting form of pest-control. Chemical free.

Such a transducer/amplifier setup could be operated in pulse mode, so as to not actually kill anyone, but just make everyone sick while all the other chaos is going on. There's also the 'fear note'

EDIT: according to Andrija Puharich who was obsessed with brainwaves and their frequencies and worked for the CIA studying them, 13 hz if I recall correctly could induce riotous behavior. Fear note + riot frequency.

EDIT2: Ahh, it was 10.8 hz apparently. https://books.google.com/books?id=DnrMy6fkcwIC&pg=PA175&lpg=PA175&dq=riotous+behavior+frequency&source=bl&ots=W_FMC44d2F&sig=ACfU3U3n-lpY1zu0JrSZs8P2CHZ7vStwrw&hl=en&sa=X&ved=2ahUKEwjs-8ep6vXfAhUGZKwKHfJOBeAQ6AEwBXoECAkQAQ#v=onepage&q=riotous%20behavior%20frequency&f=false

6.6 for depression. So if you want someone to commit suicide, lolz

EDIT3: I would like to find a "rage frequency" so I could make someone spazz out and commit murder if necessary. Monitor enough people's brainwaves when something pisses them off, and you might be able to find an average for the frequency necessary. Trigger + entrain to that specific frequency.

Florider has occasional problems with African Giant Snails escaping and breeding like crazy (and eating houses).

African Giant Snail eggs are available as pets. I actually grew some a while ago, but they shit like mad and were a nuisance, so I let them go.

They apparently didn't survive, but if you lived in a tropical climate they'd be a good choice for bio-weapons.

Is undoing the oil bungs of electrical transformers a realistic thing to do?

If not maybe think about cutting the guy wires of telecom masts so they blow over first wind that comes. Or undoing the bolts around the base of electrical transmission towers. Or even the bolts around the base of wind turbines.

locustses are just normal grasshoppers. they only mutate into locustses when overcrowding happens.

No way you would get it on board, public transit is better because you can just walk on wearing a mask/scarf
