it's overdue in the bay area. perhaps a precursor to something bigger. It's been 113 years since the ground moved on the San Andreas 6 miles outside of San Francisco under the ocean.
it occures about every 100 years or so. every 100-300 a large 9 plus hits that thing just south of San Francisco and north of the Bay.
but the Hayward fault is well overdue. like 50 years past it's next 7 plus quake. :( that's all of the Oakland Hills and Berkeley hills and even up to Napa area i the north fault.
plus like 5 other major bay fault lines. -

Cypress Freeway. 1 truck driver says he is looking in front and the whole road drops.. he nearly jack-knifed his truck trying to stop while he looks in his rearview hoping no one would rear end him.. only to see those upper decks dropped down on them. he's in the only portion of double decker that didn't drop down.
I saw it the next morning with my wife to be. ran into my brother too (we road into Oakland the next day).. wish I had a video camera at the time. they were looking to pay a shitload of money to anyone who had video of the deck falling down. the news is so morbid.The following users say it would be alright if the author of this post didn't die in a fire! -
