You know thats really weird because I can literally remember telling her how she wasn't a victim, she was a survivor. I can recall like it was yesterday telling her pretty much what you just said about how the authorities and govt based agencies and the media and the like will always try to project this idea of people being victims just so they can "protect" us from these nightmares that they create for us.
