2019-01-01 at 3:03 PM UTCSome people don’t need alt’s. Posters create alt personas in their own minds of other posters anyway. And consistently assume that alt persona they have created collectively (the sheeple effect) are also other posters.

Very good. Just be sure to order large quantities of hydrogen peroxide from amazon or whatever else the suspicious but publicly available bomb making chemical is these days. -

2019-01-01 at 3:50 PM UTCapp idea: bare bones front end to dream market (or whatever the fuck is the hip DNM these days) that reskins it like amazon. Like the popcorntime of drugs. I think there's a lot of money that stands to be gained.

2019-01-01 at 5:22 PM UTCThere was a website that used to do that for silk road. You could connect to the onion URL without tor because it was routed through a website, I found it on Google.

You wouldn't want to use it as it allows he service operator MitM you.
You're competent enough to set up tor browser or set up your browser of choice to use tor and noscript and do the related config/plugin ecosystem. You should do that. -

I meant .onion.link
Though I wouldn't use it for anything more risky than visiting the Daily Stormer when it gets shoahed from DNS. Tor Browser is one of the most straightforward applications to download, once you know the onion address you want to go to/have the onion address of an up to date hidden wiki. -

Just add .gold to the end of the onion address in a normal clearnet browser and it should connect. Although I think they do block most of the dnms now.

Originally posted by Lanny I posted unique IP stats a while ago in some thread, it's surprisingly high although of course skewed up because of (slowly) rotating addresses on consumer connections and Tor/VPNs. There are 46 accounts that have made more than 100 posts in the last month (ruling out bots, alts reg'd but not posted on significantly) which is probably a more accurate estimate of how many active distinct users there are.
I did kinda take the whole VPN scenario into account at first, but then I thought, if they're smart enough to use a VPN, they're also smart enough to better masquerade their new posting style.
PrettyHateMachine, for example, preserved his exact same grammatical format, which is particularly unique, as well as his extreme political views, which are also relatively unique.
I imagine when posters do that kind of thing, they probably don't go to the trouble of hiding behind a brand new VPN. Then again, maybe they do and they just underestimate the effectiveness of forensic linguistics.
(By the way, word to the wise in here, that's how uncle Ted Kacynzski got caught. He had a specific way in which he used or spelled certain words that investigators were able to link to personal letters he also wrote... Just sayin'.).
