I haven't followed your story to closely, but out of curiosity- why not go to the police to report the rape? That way if anyone else reported, there would be a history? You could probably even use admissions on here and elsewhere. -

I guess that's fair. But even if they came to ask questions, you can just talk to them outside or whatever. I mean even if there's nothing they can do about it now, if this is something that occurred, And you made it clear that you weren't okay with what was happening, you should file a report somehow for the future. It sounds like this is a pretty regular occurrence, but no one has filed any reports. That's why a lot of this kind of stuff keeps happening, unfortunately.

so yes, if someone walked into a bank and scared the shit out of everyone..it doesn't compare. but just a note, in and out. they are instructed to just hand the money over. they train tellers to be thick skin people. So that's what I compare it too. Also the Jennifer Lawrence photos. the FBI went on a hunt for who hacked her phone. I mean WTF? -

The note is going to state the robber has a gun and/or bomb etc. So the threat of violence is still there. The people involved are still put into a terrifying position where they are unsure if they could be killed or seriously maimed. So that makes it no different to robbing a bank using a gun yet only waving it around and not actually firing it.
Do you really struggle to get your head around this?

They write a simple note that says "Give me money"
hoping that this can be in their best interest if they go to court. Nothing about weapons. in America, they stack time for different crimes involved. they break down the laws broken. maybe in the UK you rob a bank, they don't give a fuck.. you just robbed it. in the USA they layer every little thing. most shit gets thrown out and they go after the larger broken laws. -
