Lavern and Shirly's Penny Marshall passed away yesterday from Type II diabetes. :(
I have to take a class in this. still eating sugar-free candy now. trying to stay away from sugar.

Did you guys know she grew up across the street in NYC from Rob Reiner (Carl Reiners kids who played Michael in All in the Family)
yeah.. Rob Reiner then married her. they were married for some time.
Rob is also a talented Director as his father was and I think he produces films now (Producing is where the big bucks are at)
