    Exactly, the 7 acres behind my place is for sale for $67,000.oo it has a 2 bedroom cabin on it, plus the $18,000 for new snowmobiles and $6,000 for a 1984 Toyota 4x4 and possibly a 1994 to 98 Dodge 4x4 5 speed cummins redone for around $14,000. and $3000 a month for a year so I'm planting 4 times what it should take just to make sure I get what I need
