Yo I did a scientifically rigorous experiment... benzos are absolutely active Insufflated. Discontinued my Methadone for 4 days. Snorted 2mg over the course of 20 min. Anytime I felt a drip I spit it out. And like 35-40 minus res later, I might as well. Have been nodding because I had to lay down, and shortly thereafter I completely knocked out. Who knew? -

So you snorted it and then it took over half hour to work and you take that to mean that insufflation works with benzos??
You are all missing the point entirely. The reason you would snort over swallow is for the instant hit you get from snorting. A water soluble drug will dissolve straight through the nasal membrane and into the brain in just a few seconds. If you don't feel it within 10 seconds max then its not passing through the nasal membrane and will just drip down and work its way to the stomach. Spitting some out won't make much difference with that. You're just gonna fuck up your noses for nothing. Just like idiots who think coz you can snort coke that means you can snort speed, lol.
That's why you can snort heroin in the states but not here in Europe. In america you get the #4 hydrochloride salt. Here we get the #3 freebase. Here they need to use citric acid to cook it up because the freebase is not water soluble.
So yeah, no instant hit then no insufflation.

Not all shit hits you "instantly" dude. Especially considering body weight. The point where you can DISCERN effects is going to be different for everyone. It the fact that it did anything via the nasal mucous membrane was what was being debated. Even inhaled pharm quality alprazolam solution takes 2-3 min for effects.
