If I walk into a bank and just tell a teller "put 100 bucks in this bag" or even hop over the counter and grab it.. I could look at 5 years minimum for a first time offense? (something like this?)
but if the money is stolen through electronic theft and or hard copies of plastic bank cards are made.. that's nothing to go after. "Not worth our time"

A poster just designated to listening for new posts in threads, and then automatically replying by calling the most recent poster a faggot.
Like, I could write such a thing in seconds. I kind of want to.

It's actually not that complicated, KINDA... like, I want to give Lanny some leeway here because it's an extra DIV on the sidebar, and it has to be automatically populated with popular threads, from randomly chosen subforums.
It's all doable, but it's not like a "lets-hammer-this-out-in-a-couple-hours" kinda easy. -

It's just a matter of what's pragmatic. There are better ways to reduce CC fraud than trying to mass-prosecute mules. Like why would I spend tens of thousands of dollars on a trial to reclaim a few hundred dollars in damages?
