I stop eating sugar for the most. My doctor warned me about being Type II. and I thought, I'll buy my girlfriend some mini cupcakes and have a few myself and this small amount of sugar has made me dizzy as shit.
I'm freaking out. Feel like Im gonna go into a coma.
No more sugary shit. there is this sugarfree icecream that taste like flavored ice but its kind of sweet. maybe over time it will taste more sugary.
but Russel Stovers makes sugarfree candies which are also not real sweet but the thin mints are great.
I been feeling shakey without the sugar though. Im not as tired but I'm still sluggish a bit.
