I really don't even think about it honestly. I met you before your transition and talked to you a lot early on in it. You are embedded in my mind as a he and it would take a lot to change that. I mean I've seen your penis.
There was someone at an old job of mine who was a M>F and I didn't use any pronouns because the bitch insisted on people using them and even changed their name. I just used the new name instead of calling them by any pronoun. In part it was because I wasn't sure exactly what they were transitioning to/from lol.
I definitely don't go HAAA UR A DUDE irl. But also people don't go HAAA UR GAY U SUCK COCKS to me irl. It's the internet, and most of us act a lot different. If I met you IRL HTS I would probably just call you by your name, and let 'he' slip a few times by accident. You know it isn't because I'm some bigot who hates transgenders. Idk. I honestly see this issue as pretty benign. I also saw the whole gay marriage thing as pretty stupid for people who had civil unions. It's essentially the same thing legally, which is the ONLY part that matters imo.
I feel like intent has a lot more impact than what words you choose to define something. Like if you called me a dirty spic I wouldn't care. But if you're like 'dam go back to mexico u dirty spics i hate you all we should kill u' and you actually meant it, that would be very different. Nothing I say or do is intended to be offensive, it's merely an expression of my beliefs and whatever trolling I decide to engage in that day. -

I'm converting it all to python.
It's all syntactically correct….
But it's trying to turn a letter "t" to a hex value….
FUCK…
I will get this…
Don't waste your time, it's not a complete program. "ZOKLock" and "h" are never defined. Spectroll has been posting this same code fragment as if he understands what it does for many years now. I can say with confidence that he does not, the guy has no idea how to program because he things being a call center tech support dude for a billion years somehow makes him know anything about anything. -

Damnit, I felt like something was missing. -

Then why does it work perfectly? -

I'm totally open to Lisp and Perl.
I legit want to be able to claim skill in just about every language.
Novelty languages like Brainfuck, used exclusively for code golf, while they fascinate me, they aren't quite on my bucket list.
But I'll try Lisp and/or Perl.
I'm still wrapping up some of the finer details of Go, though.
My problem is I try to learn too many different things simultaneously so I'm trying to narrow my focus. -

2018-12-15 at 4:48 AM UTCOh, my bad, h and the function are defined, I just missed it when copy pasting. It's jut a shitty obfuscation script over a syntactically invalid program that only seems to parse because overly liberal interpreters.

It doesn't lol. It won't even try unless you're running IE or probably edge. If you modify the program to run anyway chrome blocks it because this gimmick is as old as the internet and stopped working years ago. -

Oh yeah, "h" was just the array of strings that look like gibberish that are to be decoded...

So basically like a block cipher kinda thing?
I'll admit, my cryptography knowledge is not particular extensive, but that's what it seems like.
You take a list of all ASCII characters (and another list for all hex characters, i.e. 'var x'), and use the "pw" variable as the cipher, and then use an arbitrary bit shifting statement (in this case, the integer 44 was chosen) to then translate the gibberish via the "pw" cipher...
It's not too dissimilar to most hashing algorithms like Sha and all that. -
2018-12-15 at 5:08 AM UTCLanny just hates me. That's why he won't give me any credit for my obfuscated fork bomb. And it does work on Chrome and all other browsers. It's not blocked. Try if for yourself by copy&paste the code into test.html and run it.

2018-12-15 at 5:12 AM UTCThe crux of it all lies here:
c = c ^ 44 ^ t.index(pw[m])
So basically, you have a value for c, which is derived from converting "xs" to a hex value.
Another way to put it is:
t = LIST_OF_ASCII_CHARACTERS;
m = 0;
c = c XOR 44 XOR t.indexOf('default'[m])
And in the initial case, m = 0.
So...
c = c XOR 44 XOR t.indexOf('default'[0])
OR...
(IN SHITTY PSEUDOCODE...)
c = c XOR 44 XOR index_of_'d'_in_LIST_OF_ASCII_CHARACTERS;
But from here I'm a bit stuck.
I never claimed anywhere to know everything there is to know about programming and computer science.
I'll admit I have no idea how JavaScript evaluates that exact syntax. -

The thing is, I'm not so sure I want to execute something referred to as a 'fork bomb'.
Admittedly, I know very little about fork bombs, but it does sound kind of shifty. -
2018-12-15 at 5:17 AM UTCAll I know is, I would be thoroughly impressed if someone could ELI5 sponge functions for me...
https://keccak.team/sponge_duplex.html
I have been trying to recreate Keccak from scratch in python, but there is a lot going on in sponge functions.
Einstein once said that you don't truly understand something until you can explain it to a child.
Anyone here think they could explain sponge functions in an intuitive enough way that a literal child would get it?
I will give you NIS gold.
It's like Reddit gold, except not real.
It would represent my reverence to you though.
