   Prozac was not designed to be used as a medicine for OCD is just happens to have some effective results in OCD treatment so they give it to people with OCD. I'm sure they understand why it works but SSRI's are fucked and they should really only be used in specific treatments instead of a blanket treatment giving it to everyone thats even slightly mentally ill.
