If you want to find evil, go to church.

I was raised Presbyterian as well, it was too liberal of a denomination for my taste. But converted to Catholicism awhile back.

    there is PCA and PCUSA

Were you "First Presbyterian" (PCA) or the newly merge liberal- other? One is ran by Pentecostal (the more liberal if you can believe this) they merged with the Church I went to which is no longer the original PCA. I think that's why our rev split in the 1980s. I went in the 1990s a few times and twice a few years ago and was like "What is going on"

it was different for sure. I dont want to put it down. It's all about Jesus I suppose but I wasn't rolling in the same as before. maybe It's me.

Yeah I guess I'm not sure, our neighbors were pentecostal and even my very conservative and traditional parents thought they were very rigid and weird people. I just can't see my parents wanting to join a pentecostal merged church lol.

Our pentecostal neighbors wouldn't let their daughters read harry potter (harry potter is gay anyways) and they wore jean dresses 24/7 and they made a big deal about seperation of church and state when my lil bro and his class was supposed to go to a buddist temple so no one got to go. (why not just keep your kid home that day if you're so against it? lol)

I’m into the boogeyman. Just as real as Jesus but has less judgment on my sins. And none of his reps rape boys and nobody kills in his name

I prefer Santa Clause but that's just me. 'Tis the season.

I'm not religious, but I'm like totally spiritual and stuff. Religions are just one lens through which we can observe the Divine. OwO
