    since we already have text to speech thing and since we already have voice alternator thing how hard will it to be to make a voice enhancement that enhancements out a certain spoken word and switch it to another word ?

    You'd have to recognize and then synthesize speech, both of which are things where the state of the art is fairly good but not perfect. If you want to re-synthesize in a specific speaker's voice that makes it harder and requires a significant training corpus.
