2018-11-30 at 6:46 PM UTCNext time you get it and want out of it.. focus on one leg and kick it. kick it hard. it knocks you out of S.P. it works for me. you're trying to hard to get up. but it's easier to try and focus one limb and jolt it.

2018-11-30 at 8:11 PM UTCI’m kinda curious about the timing of it Hamp.

2018-12-01 at 1:26 AM UTCThe only time I’ve ever experienced this was when I was under extreme duress and processing a heavy amount of grief.
I’m sure there have got to be some studies on the correlation. -

Sleep paralysis uses comes in doubles or triples for me, like I'll wake myself out of it and as I'm so tired I will fall back into that realm quickly again, so I usually try to keep myself awake a little bit for those entities to leave.
I know you might think this is total bullshit but I believe and its been suggested scientifically that we are in different wavves at different stages of sleep ,thats why you can also astral project in a similar state.
You're a country boy right? I wouldn't be surprised if you start talking about dem ufo's soon, lol jk. Hope you're doing better bud.
But anyways, something I've noticed, I used to be prescribed klonopin years ago when I was 18 for anxiety which is kind of weird thinking about it how you're not even able to legally drink at that age.. anyways I noticed whenever I took one at night to help me sleep, not that night, but the next night I would have sleep paralysis.
When I was 19 I slit my wrist (emo i know) but bad enough to where they had to sew me back together and they gave me kpins in the mental hospital in san antonio and one night I was in my bed and saw 2 face floating above me of dead nurses with their eyes cut out. I flipped out really bad and went to the nurses station and they were just like "oh doll just go back to bed hurrr" it was fucked up
About 7 years ago I was laying in bed and woke up frozen with this gravestone shape that was elongated that was pitch black with red eyes beaming into my head "obelisk obelisk obelisk obelisk". I didn't know that word meant so I looked it up the next day and it was a similar shape to what I saw.
It's quite the quandary.
I believe in the supernatural but at the same time I've also learned that its important to not be obsessive about it, but its a good feeling to know that theres more at work than what we see normally day to day. -

I was actually going to say that before I read that. My mom told me when her dad died in the 70's she was really upset and told me that she saw her dad telling her it was alright and to not worry.
Funny thing daniel I made a thread about this several years ago and you and some of the other gonts totally shit all over it lol. -

Don't remember it, but it was probably warranted. People underestimate the power of the mind. Things like that are a coping mechanism. There's nothing metaphysical about it. Just a desperate mind trying to make sense of it all any way that it can. -

It wasn't warranted, just you were being a bandwaggoner, but I digress. Maybe you're right about it being a coping mechanism or maybe its something else.
Theres been 3 times in my life where I looked at someone and thought to myself that person is going to die, and then they die. -

Were they participating in a high risk activity? How much time passed between when you called it and when it happened? I'm willing to bet there were warning signs whether you were aware of them consciously or not. -
2018-12-03 at 7:49 PM UTCI killed two people with a shotgun in dreams last night, luckily I never ran out of shells.

I dont' know if you saw my advice. If you focus on your leg (mine is the left for some reason) and kick it.. You can move it and kick hard.
But I notice mine occurs when it's hot. for some reason being hot makes it trigger for me. Summer or when I am dehydrated a bit. -
