'bath salts' is usually an RC stimulant, I think A-PVP was the last/worst one
fentanyl's a high-potency opioid, like morphine or heroin but active in the microgram range

What even is the 'deal'? The few articles I skimmed only referred to China 'scheduling' fentanyl - it was already illegal in China given how rarely any opioid is prescribed after the opium wars, so what did they actually do?
