Go back and play 3, Vice City and San Andreas then look at the story of V ...
It's like they were trying to be a Netflix esque comedy series.

2018-12-28 at 3:38 AM UTCRDR2 is a great game IMO but I'm not sure I can say it's more fun than GTAV. Like spending an eternity on horseback is one of many decisions that establish the world and make you feel some kind of connection to the characters but rarely is it actually fun. It's also pretty damn depressing as AAA games go.

I'm having more fun in RDR2 than I've ever had in a GTA game. To each their own I guess. The game is so beautiful that even riding a horse around is entertaining.The following users say it would be alright if the author of this post didn't die in a fire! -

I have been playing this seires religiously since GTA 2 so I should know
Lately I've been replaying IV
The game outside of the main story is really shallow and disappointing but the atmosphere keeps me interested
They should be adding new layers of gameplay elements but they keep making the same game over and over -
