Problems of Multi-Ethnic Democracy

That's not even worth debating, it's just a fact everywhere, from Ohio to Kenya, and if you don't agree you're simply badly informed and shouldn't even bother posting.
For the future should it be required that each ethnicity get a certain representation, like proportional representation or a fixed electoral college, or should a candidate require approval from all ethnic and gender groups?
How would you solve the fact that every western nation is quickly becoming turbo-bosnia on steroids? I mean solve nicely. -

This has been talked about extensively. Think about it like a triangle, you have on each of the three ends either A) Liberty, B) Security, C) Multiculturalism. Choose two. If you want, or must have a multi-ethnic population, WHILE having a stable government you have to crack down hard on individual liberty. Singapore is a good example there. It can work, but it's nothing that a western populace, especially someplace like the USA, would ever accept. Well, I dunno, I guess the UK is trying it (to ill effect).
You can have freedom and multicult, which is an anarcho-capitalist shithole dream. Or you can have freedom and security, which is what pre 1960's America was, or you can have security and multicult - which is what neoliberals are pushing for.
Personally I'd rather have freedom and security and forgo multicult altogether. But if you multicult is an absolute, you have two positions. Anarchy or a police state.The following users say it would be alright if the author of this post didn't die in a fire! -

Can you tell a Frenchman from a German? I can just about tell a Lithuanian from an Irish person, around half the time.

That's a complex question because in Europe you actually can still be "Irish" or "Spanish", even if I can't tell them apart, but in America you have had an ethnogenesis - the formation of a new people - because whites all fucked each other and most white Americans genuinely don't know what they are.

In America you don't really have a pure ethnogenesis, because regionality is super important. Remember, a lot of states are the size of entire European countries. East coast vs west coast, mid west vs south west, south vs north, coasts vs inland. White people from California and Texas are not interchangeable assets in the global game of racial supremacy. In the future I think we're going to see massive DE-SCALEing. Globalism is bad, but so is nationalism. Regionalism is better, but why not City States? We've become so connected and so aware and so multicultural, that the only option is a complete breakdown into lines which will benefit no one, not on the national scale.
