I was walking home wearing sunglasses (for reasons not relevant) with my headphones on and up ahead of me a couple of yards I see two guys and a girl on the sidewalk. They look like they're yelling at eachother or something but I can't really hear them. Then one of the guys tries to grab her around the waist and she seemed to be struggling to get away. I'm like "aw shit, I don't wanna get stabbed or nothing but I can't really ignore this" I run over, the girl's gotten away by this point so I step in front of the guy, push him back a bit and say something stupid like "chill out man". I had taken off my glasses and headphones and first I notice the guy is pretty young, then pretty obviously drunk, and that he's smiling like a goof. Then the girl giggles and is like "yeah, chill out guys!" jokingly. So I guess they were just goofing around. I felt like an idiot, apologized for bothering them, and walked away.
I tried to do something cool and ended up looking like an idiot, so I guess the moral of the story is fuck bitches get money?

If you had a Desert Eagle .50 in your pants you could've pulled it out and fired a round or two into the center mass of the assailant and the victim (you cant be too sure!) and boom problem solved, no more conflict. Also in your particular experience you wouldn't feel embarrassed like you did because you wouldn't have to know what the actual situation was.
