2018-11-23 at 12:57 AM UTCMy preferences are:
Electric razor while driving (it takes so long to get done right).
Safety razor with foam in bathroom (works great if you don't let it slip sideways).
Disposable razor without foam in bathroom (expensive).
Straight edge razor with foam (very dangerous). -

safety razors are for girls and sissy men.
real men use unsafe straight razors.
i have this indian or paki made cheap straight razor made of plastic handle and stamped stainless steel that you have to take a normal razor blade, snap it into half and insert it into the cutting part, roughly something that looks like this
but its totally unuseable dry because the friction is too great and the razor ended up cutting into my skin.
im not a real man, i admit. -
2018-11-23 at 5:01 PM UTCI thought blacks got bumps from shaving.

I've actually been able to sharpen some of my knives to be able to shave with, but they're not quite there - they'd be fine for trimming a beard or something but they don't cut stubble well enough -

its your sharpening stone.
if you want something razor sharp you will have to use nano-fine grit.
