is it painful near the thyroid down to the sternum area. Like a peircing jab? or more in the lungs and your back?
I get both. I have atelectasis as well. andfibrouss scars on my lungs. They were wondering if I came in contact with asbestos in my youth. -

I did this some years ago and lost lots of weight. got down to 188. I weigh 244 now at 6 feet (or just under)
