   Pleurisy isn’t a big deal. It’s a pain that comes from a depletion of sufactant, the fluid between the two outer linings of the lungs. The linings are rubbing each other raw without the lubricant.
   
   Lots of people are diagnosed with pleurisy. It’s just an inflammation. Sometimes if the docs can’t figure out where someone’s chest pain is coming from after various testing, they default to pleurisy. I’ve known many youthful people diagnosed with pleurisy.
   
   So up your fluid intake, and you’ll be fine.

   I've got a friend that was recently diagnosed with pleurisy, but there's no way you could be her. She's way too eyebrow for this site. It's funny, I hear or see that word next to never, then BAM! Twice in one week.
