Welcome to niggasin.space. This place is ostensibly a backwaters forum where no topic which can be legally discussed is off limits. That is forced communism. which is a form of National Socialism but with dictatorship and Nanny state/big brother minded.
Communism could work if the wealth was there. Many San Franciscan Medical and Tech workers (and other fields) share these new common kitchen, living room space but have their own bedrooms and showers in the in-common-tenant (orwhatever they're called these days) as a way to share the cost of a building. keeps their HOA fees down as well.
usually they come with 1 car parking spaces and a storage area but some may come with none of those amenities. they're becoming very popular as first home ownership among the new class of mid-upper wealth in San Francisco. I wouldn't be surprised if many of them stayed on for the rest of their lives.
San Francisco living is fun for about 2-5 years. then it grows old on you real quick. until you hit your later years. the average age is 20-30 something. then skips to 60s and on up. minus the group that is the common family with children. Most of them live in the outer districts like "The Avenues" of Sunset, Richmond and Excelsior and Mission and so on. Im told it sucks growing up there as a kid and teens. or used to. the parks just sucked. and teens could do a lot in the city but it was a long haul to downtown. like 6-7 miles on a bus.

Trump was born and raised in the New York City borough of Queens. Trump entered the 2016 presidential race as a Republican and defeated sixteen opponents in the primaries. Commentators described his political positions as populist, protectionist, and nationalist. Trump was elected president in a surprise victory over Democratic nominee Hillary Clinton. He became the oldest and wealthiest person ever to assume the presidency, the first without prior military or government service, and the fifth to have won the election while losing the popular vote. He pursued his America First agenda in foreign policy, withdrawing the U.S. from the Trans-Pacific Partnership trade negotiations, the Paris Agreement on climate change, and the Iran nuclear deal. After Trump dismissed FBI Director James Comey, the Justice Department appointed Robert Mueller as Special Counsel to investigate "any links and/or coordination" between the Trump campaign and the Russian government in its election interference.
