   My 21 y/o son was diagnosed with high BP today. It’s 100% hereditary for him. He’s a slim dude, so it’s not his weight. His dad had it early, as well. I have low BP, I wish he would’ve gotten that gene :-(

    Ughhh I just thought about clocks going back tonight. It’s gonna be dark at 5:00. I’ll be going into work in the dark and coming home in the dark. I don’t mind winter though, get lots done in the house and it’s good cuddling weather.
