Last fall I would "wake up" (force myself to stop masturbating) and go for a walk while hallucinating and tripping because I've been awake for a week. Come home and put on coffee and watch an hour of It's always sunny while hittin da pipe.
That is such a good show when your life is crumbling around you and your losing grip on reality. They say laughter is the best medicine but doctors also tell me I like to self medicate so maybe these things are all connected on a basic neural level.
