In 2018, employees were required to pay a 6.2% Social Security tax (with their employer matching that payment) on income up to $128,400.
Any earnings above that amount were not subject to the tax. In 2019, the tax rate will remain the same at 6.2%, but the tax cap will increase to $132,900.

Weird.
I get a call yesterday & I say "Hello?" No answer, hang up.
Then they call right back & this guy is like "I'm returning a call I just got from this number."
I'm like "um u called me.. "
He's like "what u just called me & said hello & hung up." He tells me it's a blind & windows distribution store.
(I was standing in front of the window looking out my blinds at the same time he said it!!)
I said "I'm sorry, I didn't mean to call you" & hung up.
The same number called again this morning, I didn't answer.
Is he going to kill me or was it a wrong number? :/
