I'm usually known as crazy mike

I just use different names all the time, usually just whatever comes to mind at the time.

Yeah, well, I didn't think you were actually Arthur Treacher; I'm pretty sure that guy is dead.

I think I vaguely remember an Arthur Treacher's fish and chips restaurant that once stood not far from a Shoney's Big Boy Restaurant (also long since gone) along U.S. Hwy II in West End, in Birmingham, Alabama. I never ate there, but I remember the restaurant had a sign of a British guy in a bowler hat holding an umbrella on it. This would have been in the early 1970s.

Boil brats in beer and then crisp them up on the grill. Add mustard and sauerkraut on rye..

I like adding a bit of balsamic vinegar to my sauerkraut. I've always found it to enhance the flavor.

Saurkraut is absolutely revolting and ya'll should be ashamed of yourself for liking it.

I'm not a fan of sauerkraut or Ovaltine, but nothing tastes better than the Vidalia Peanut Company's Cajun boiled peanuts fresh from the crockpot.

I don't like anything that's soggy or slimy or slippery to be in my mouth. I don't know why, that's just how it is.

I'm that way about a lot of things - I don't eat fish, or eggs, or mushrooms, for example; but I love Cajun boiled peanuts. They are one of the best Southern foods.

Last night for dinner I made some nice German type food. Cooked some ham in pickled red cabbage and sauteed some sliced potatoes with diced onions in butter seasoned only with salt and pepper.

Simple old-world style food, but the best meal I've enjoyed the most in a long time.
